Propulsion Subsystem

Purpose: the propulsion system comprises of the elements required to impart "significant" translational motion upon the craft in order to relocate the vehicle in a desirable new location.  In some cases the propulsion system can also serve a multi-role purpose of attitude control (apart of GNC perhaps making the distinction between the two minute).  The purpose of this subsystem focus is to define the requirements associated with the translational motion in order to determine if the GNC system and the propulsion system can be merged (or component sharing) in hardware, but separated via software in function.
